Cagliari Airport Transfer (CAT) is a service offered from Royal Service Group s.r.l A socio unico , a company enrolled with the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce in Cagliari and registered office in Via Emilio Segrè snc 09122 Cagliari.VAT Registration Number 02333410922
The user when makes a booking confirms to have read and to accept all these business terms and conditions and to have the legal capacity and authority to accept them on behalf of all the people included in the booking.

1. CAT is a registered trademark owned by Royal Service Group srl, owner of the contract, stipulated in the confirmation phase with the customer, who undertakes to guarantee, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the transport of persons, the management of transfers of people to rental vehicle with driver, from Cagliari airport to the most important places in Sardinia, through a reservation made on the website www.cagliariairportransfer.com by the user. CAT can avail itself of the collaboration of carriers perfectly in compliance with the laws in force and to the same standards.
2. When two or more passengers are included in the same booking, or when the booking is made by a third party, the person who makes the booking will be considered as an agent regarding the other passengers and he will accept CAT conditions on their behalf. The customer accepts the same conditions even when the bookings are made by telephone or fax.
3. Before booking, the Customer must provide a valid full and valid mobile phone number for the Passenger(s), including the International Dialling Code. If the Customer does not have a mobile phone he will be asked to provide a valid resort contact number. If neither mobile contact number nor resort contact can be supplied, it is the responsibility of the Customer to contact CAT.
Any notification of changes to pick-up times will be notified by SMS text or by calling the contact number provided. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check for messages left on this contact number during the journey.
4. Before booking, the Customer declares that he is an adult and guarantees that all information given is true, correct and complete and that the credit/debit card utilised belongs to the client and is able to cover the cost of the service. CAT is not responsible for eventual errors in client's booking and if client error causes any problem or changes of the itinerary they will be responsibility of the Customer and if there will be added costs to the service originally requested, the client must pay the difference directly to the driver before the transfer will be effected.
5. By completing the form on-line you will send by email a service booking request. CAT will deal with your request and will send you an e-mail confirmation of your booking within 24/36 hours. If CAT will be able to provide the service request, the client will receive from CAT an email confirming the booking (Transport Voucher) and the cost of the service will be charged to the credit card given by the client at the moment the transfer was requested. The email sent by CAT is to be considered proof of receipt by the client. The booking confirmation (Transport Voucher) is for all effects, the client's ticket. The voucher must be printed and presented to the driver before the transfer is to be effected.
Even when CAT was not able to provide the service, the customer will receive an email, but none cost will be charged to his credit card. The "booking request" has no validity as a travel document.
6. In case the customer needs to change his transfer, for example timetable, date or something else, he will have to send a mail writing the transfer details to: info@cagliariairportransfer.com within 48 hours before the transfer time scheduled.
CAT reserves the right to accept eventual modifies and at any rate the customer will receive a mail with the confirmation of the transfer change. In case the modifies imply a supplement charge for the transfer, the customer will have to pay directly to the driver before any transfer.
If the Client does not inform CAT about eventual changes and will miss the transfer, no refund is given in this case and there is no CAT responsibility for the provision of transfer services.
All payments effected may be reimbursed only if cancelled by CAT.
7. Booking cancellations may only be effected via email to info@cagliariairportransfer.com.
Cancellations must be made more than 7 days in advance of the outbound date of travel. In this case the price will be totally refunded. In case the cancellation is effected during the seven before the date of the transfer and within 48 hours before, only the 70% of the price will be refunded. In any other case or without any communication by the client no refund is given. In all cases the reimburses are subject to a € 10 administration fee and the card transaction fee. CAT reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time if unable to guarantee transfer service in a correct way; in this case, the Client will receive a refund for the total cost of service as booked.
8. Any baggage must be declared when the client makes a service booking request.
The client must notify if they are to be transported pets or bulky baggage (golf bag or bicycle) for which there is a supplemental charge. If they are not declared clearly on the booking request, the drivers may refuse to transport these objects. All baggage must have name tags indicating the owner's name and destination. All baggage is responsibility of the client who will not be refunded for lost or damaged luggage. Luggage forgotten in the transfer vehicle will be taken to the address given by the Client at his own expense.
9. CAT applies at night an additional fee ranging more o less 20%, depending on distance, on the basic rate of the requested transfer. The time slot in which comes into force on the charge goes from 22:00 to 07:00.
10. If a Client flight has been cancelled, no refund will be available. However, if the Client is now travelling at a later time, CAT will supply the booked service transfer. The Client must inform CAT about the cancellation of the flight and the new arrival time.
If the Client flight is delayed, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time without applying any supplement.
After 60 minutes, and having received communication and acceptance by the Client, a supplement of € 25 will be applied for every hour or fraction up to a maximum of 3 hours. After this time the Client will have missed his transfer. No refund is given in this case.
It is responsibility of the Client to promptly inform CAT about eventual delays.
11. The Client request different stops from those shown in the ticket. During long transfers there will be short breaks of 15 minutes in service stations.
12. CAT reserves the right and delegates to its drivers the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour represents a threat to the driver, the vehicle and/or other passengers and other vehicles..
13. CAT will do everything possible to make the transfer comfortable and pleasant ad to arrive at Client's destination on time, but specifies that in no case it will be responsible for any consequences suffered by the Client as a result of transfers unable to arrive on time due to circumstances beyond the control of CAT not directly related to the driver (bad weather, heavy traffic, police road blocks, accidents, deaths, etc).
14. Smoking is not permitted in CAT vehicles.
15. The Client must check the timetable specified from CAT for the return transfer. In case of delays due to the Client negligence, CAT will not be responsible for anything.
16. The customer’s goods are carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.
17. CAT will do everything possible to satisfy any particular requests made by clients as indicated by them in the spaces provided on the booking form, but it is not, however obliged to do so.
18. Nothing can affect the consumer's statutory rights.
19. The present General Conditions are subject to Italian law. Any legal course of action between the Client and CAT will be dealt with in the Courts in Cagliari (Italy).
